Hardwork = Success

Hard work=Success. If you don't put the hard work into your workouts, you will never succeed or you will find your work out insanely boring. I love to sweat because then I know that my workout is working. I know that I worked out as hard as possible. Are there days, were I don't want to workout. Yes, but you have to push through those days. Keep going. You can do it!.

Break throughs+hard work+ sweating= Success. Are you going to fail, yes. Are you going to break down and try and give on yourself, yes. Those are called Break throughs. Your breaking down your barrier, your breaking down and becoming a stronger person. Is losing weight easy? No. Its the hardest thing to go through. When you live inactive lifestyle, your body is not use to the workouts and then you become sore. You become tired because you are not use to working out. That all passes, thats comes in around after a month or so. It depends on your body. I promise, you will have more energy, you will be confident about yourself, you will feel better after a workout. I know, I went through this. Are there times where I don't want to workout, yes. Those are the best days to workout.

Failure will lead you to success. In the movie "National Treasure," there is a line about Thomas Edison and the light bulb. Edison failed so many times but he knew there was one way to make the light bulb work. He found it! You can find that in yourself. You have to believe in yourself. You have to do the work. There is no short cuts. Eating healthy, working out, thats how you lose the weight. Its a slow process but its better then having to go under the knife.
